Day 8: Lake Bled and onto Piran

Happy 4th of July!!!

After having trouble finding anywhere that served breakfast, we ate salami sandwiches at a tea shop.  Then we took a little walk up to the Castle before going to swim.

We found a spot with some docks and swam and laid in the sun for a few hours before catching our bus to the City of Dragons (Ljubjlana) and then onto Piran, a little town on the coast.

I was soooooo thirsty at dinner and Forrest said “You won’t chug this pitcher of water.” So I did. (Photo Credit: FM)

We finished Independence Day off right by watching Toy Story 2. :)
